1. Different families and genera: Herba Lysimachiae is a perennial herb of coriander in Umbelliferae and Umbelliferae, while Herba Lysimachiae is a plant of Lysimachia in Primula and Primulaceae.

2. Different appearance: most of the Pennisetum is hairy, mostly white or purple in color, and there are fibrous roots on the stem nodes. Its leaves are thin, round kidney shaped, dark green on the surface and light green on the back. They are generally palmate and have 5-7 cracks. The edges are irregularly serrated. Its flowers are umbels, mostly axillary, with 25-50 flowers on it. The flower buds are grass green and white after opening. Lysimachia usually glabrous, occasionally sparsely pilose. Oval leaves are opposite, and their flowers are solitary between leaf axils. The Corolla is yellow and usually opens from May to July.

3. Different distribution: Pennisetum is mainly produced in Sichuan, Yunnan, Hunan and other regions of China. It usually grows at an altitude of 1060-2900 meters. It is easy to see on the riverside and wet roadside grassland. The distribution range of Lysimachia christinae is wider, which can be seen in all parts of the north and south. In addition to the roadside beside the ditch, it also exists under the hillside forest.
