1、 Normal metabolism

Reason: plain sailing is also called white palm. Its flowers are generally white. If the flowers gradually turn green in the later stage, it may be a normal metabolic phenomenon. In the late flowering stage, chlorophyll will be concentrated in large quantities, resulting in the green color of flowers

Treatment: if this is the reason, there is no need for too much interference. Just cut off the green flowers and inflorescences, which can reduce the consumption of nutrients and facilitate the next flowering

2、 Insufficient light

Reason: if it is not the reason of natural metabolism, there may be problems in maintenance. Smooth growth requires sufficient astigmatism. If there is no sunshine for a long time and in the shadow environment for a long time, the chlorophyll of flowers will increase greatly, resulting in green flowers

Treatment method: move plain sailing to a place with sufficient light. During the growth period, 4-6 hours of scattered light can be guaranteed. Although enough sunshine should be added, pay attention not to be exposed to the hot sun

3、 Nutrient deficiency

Reason: smooth sailing requires a lot of nutrients for flowering. If the fertilizer applied is insufficient, it will also lead to flowering problems, which will turn the flowers green
